Meet Jason & Erin Huls

Jason Huls is the video powerhouse of our team. Maybe of any team. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Digital Cinema, has had films shown at Cannes, and has more Telly Awards than fingers. What you need to know though isn’t how artistically he can craft a visual narrative, it’s his thousands of hours editing video for movie quality production. He knows what he’s doing and how to get it done right the first time, and on time.

Erin Huls is the interviewer of your dreams, always guiding your Stars* to the best performance. Her Master’s is in Social Work, so maybe that’s why she’s always able to put people at ease. Or maybe it comes from the patience earned from dealing with a film nerd like Jason. You’ll always know your Stars are in capable hands.

*Stars- Someone who is willing to leave you a video testimonial is already a Star. Once they’re in our hands we’ll treat them like a Star throughout the process, not just when they’re on camera. (Trailer, craft services, and carefully sorted M&Ms not included.)

How does it work? 

You’ll identify key players who agree to do testimonials for you. Together, we design the questions for the interview. We want to ask open-ended questions to get them talking about how great you are. We give them some training and pointers, then do a live video interview. Our crack production team then distills that content into the best bites for your website, blog, or advertisement.

Why Video?

Video killed the radio star, and time kept marching on. Online shopping is doing the same to the written testimonial. Or more accurately, all those fake reviews have irreparably harmed our trust in anonymously written testimonials. With video, seeing is believing. 

If you had only the option to have Testimonial Videos made, this would still be a huge impact on your recruiting business. You can have clients talking about your speed and effectiveness, then one of a candidate explaining how kindly you guided them through the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t want to say you get two monthly videos with our A-Lister and Superstar plans, because those videos can be used for so much more than that.   We call them video slots to remind you of your flexibility.

Mostly! We love for you to carry over slots so you don’t have to rush and be on top of it each month. We usually limit the carry over to three months worth of slots.

Now you’re speaking our language! For each slot past your second, we charge an additional $200 that month, or $2000 on the annual plan.

If you pre-pay them…

You’ll ask them for the video testimonial. (We can tell you how.) When they say yes, you’ll let us know and share contact details. We send the Agreement and Release, they sign, and then we schedule the interview. We’ll help them with everything from makeup and lighting to pep talks as needed. Then we begin the interview. Before they know it, we’re done!

 

We can share some past examples and best practices, but part of the fun is you get to design the interview. We’ll work together on it.
